Deuteronomium - Street Corner Queen

Here's some metal again from the cold north. To point it out exactly, from Finland. This is probably old news, because this band is one of the greatest legends in Christian metal. Death metal has always been a trademark in Finnish metal world, and these guys makes all headbangers in Finland feeling proud of just that fact.
First of all, I can't say we are in the same sounds like Children Of Bodom, but it's not that far away either. Maybe the style sounds a little bit like early Lament, but like it is said in Victory's review, there are a lot of music styles in one album. I found sounds that even sounds like grunge (Nirvana). Lots of styles and some humoristic things in one album. These guys also trust very much in clean vocals with death metal, and even if my passion is more for the brutal stuff, I can still say that this rules. Finnish Metal kicks.... well, something.

Band information
Considered as legends in the Finnish Christian metal scene. They started as a death metal band with some black metal influences. Later (Here to stay, which ironically was their last album) they turned "Death'n'roll" and approached a more modern sound. Recently they did a reunion gig but if that was a new start for the band is not yet known.
