"Kyna" [drone mix] (31:02) Trogdolyte Dawn's Kyna is a cd that to my understanding is part of the electric ambient something genre. It consists of one song. In three different versions. The song is called Kyna and is about 10 minutes long. The remixes are about 20-30 minutes long, and to me they all sound the same. I’m not very much into ambient stuff, but I’m sure it got to be more than to it than this. For the first 4-5 minutes I had to regularly check if it was actually playing at all. Just seems as nothing happens. I tried to find some info on this release, some explanations or reasons to what and why this is, something that could have helped me understand what this is. But I found nothing. So in the end, I just had to realize that I think that this right out sucks. Forgive met, but I think this is a huge waste of time. Someone else maybe sees something in this, but for me it was an hour of nothingness, quietness with the occasional, almost unhearable, background noise. |
