If you familiar with the christian thrash scene you for sure know the cult band Believer.
These guys brought a new dimension to christian metal with their groundbreaking releases in the late 80's.
They've released three CD's and Their first two CD's are considered to be their best. This is their third one and we sadly have to commit that it is not at the same high standard as their previous ones.Of course the music skills are worldclass but I find the songs uninteresting and somewhat hasty composed. Perhaps the guys were loosing the inspiration (as it also was their last one) because we all know that they can do much better than this! It's clearly shown when I find the cover tune the best one on the whole disc. If you want some quality Believer, go and grab their first two albums, you won't be dissapointed because they are legendary stuff! |
