The metal core band Disciple is one of my favorite bands, perhaps not musically but no one
(except Saviour Machine) writes as good lyrics as these guys do. So I had very high expectations when entering the musical jungle called Back again and when I left I knew that this wasn't as good as By God, but then not much is. The lyrics is still top notch but it seems like they have lost some of the energy that could be found on By God.Though Musically they have developed and we're getting better music, but still it ain't good enough to repair the energy loss. A splendid album and if it wasn't for that marvellous By God album I would be jumping up and down in personal moshpit here at home, but now I rather do it to the mentioned album. |
