Ever since I heard Dream Theater for the first time I've wished that there
would be a good Christan progressive metalband. Guess what, there is! It's
called Shadow Gallery! I had very high expectations on this one, since
Victory has given it top score and I found some mp3's a while ago that I
have listened through dozens of times. Well, I got what I wanted, top quality symphonic progressive metal (It's good enough when you can't headbang in the right tempo). I like the ways they include strange chord shifts, but I wish they had put some more fast doublekickdrumkicking in the songs. Nevertheless, this is a must have, a masterpiece, shortly put it; a CD you need to get! |
