Norwegian Black metal... An outstanding concept, isn't it? It has to be the
awesome nature of Norway that inspires bands and makes the Norwegian black
metal market superior. Frosthardr is no exception. Very good old school black. Their 2-song demo 'Necrodisaster' contains the songs 'Frostens Grimme Klør Om Vinternatten Holder'(awfully cool name, isn´t it?) and 'Unhuman Morbid Fantasy'. Musically Frosthardr maybe remind a little bit about the myth of Horde but with more Nordic atmosphere. The production seems very low budget but not too bad either. The cover is a mystery, it's like a grey fog and if you watch carefully you see the band logo in it. One thing I miss here though is the lyrics. Hope to hear more from this talented band soon. |
