A short time after I got saved I borrowed Idle Cure's Eclipse from a good friend of my and guess what?
Yes, I still have it, over five years later :)(Sorry Misa) Well, this is a hardrock band hailing from USA, providing us with melodic hardrock/rock and I think they're doing a quite good job. Unfortunately on this, their last(?), CD, they're quite soft and I believe that many (true) headbangers will be pushed away by that fact. But the points they loose in music they regain in lyrics. Because Great lyrics is found here. Almost every song contains references from the Bible and they often sing about the importance of living a faithful and trueful life against the Lord. Amen. They also give us the required dose of shreddings, and they're doing it in a good manner. Though I truely believe that they would have achieved greater success by playing harder music I still find this album good enough to listen to every now and then. |
