Neal Morse - It's not to late
|
I was more than happy when I heard that Mr. Neal had started a Christian label.
The famous singer said he had in recent years becoming a true believer of Jesus
Christ and wanted to do something for Him. That's the sort of things I like to
hear; people that not just only are Christians but Christians that want to do
something for the Lord beside just being a usual Christian.
Well over to the record. It's not actually a very hard album, so if you're
expecting a hard metal album you should check out another band. But this is
great anyway. Actually one of the few non-metal albums that I've fallen in love
with. The songs are on very high alert of being so emotional that they may very
well make to cry. For example the song "Leah" which tells about a little girl
that has been left by her mother. This is heartbreaking stuff! Another favourite
is "Change" which I suppose tells about what will happened when you receive
Jesus as your personal saviour.
I cannot either exclude the song "The eyes of the world (George's song)"
which is a song that Neal has made for his old friend that died earlier
this year. Neal is a genius in writing lyrics, in the same class as Eric
Clayton of Saviour Machine.
It has 13 tracks with the clock spinning over 60mins so it is well worth its
price. I am really exciting to see what Neal will do in the future with his
Christian label. I pray that God will use him in his ministry.
