It was actually I.S. that introduced the newsaved Victory in to christian metal
some years ago (thank you guys!!!) and since then I.S. has been one of my
favorite bands, and if you have a favorite band you want that band to release
so many CD's as fast as possible. Sadly in I.S. this full-length CD was delayed
several times due to some circumstances. But now it's released and what shall
you say, it could be the best christian deathmetal disc seen in some ages. It's
thrilling melodic death metal, and it is outstanding stuff. One thing I always
wondered about is why they always sing about cold wheater. If you check the
songnames you will see that half a dozen of them is about just that subject,
but that is not a flaw, I think it fits perfectly in to their music.
The songs are all great, not any bad tune here! I specially love "love demise"
and "under the northen sky" they rule!
As we know from their previous efforts they are outstanding musicians, and they
continue to impress me. They are a very talented band to say at least! If you like melodic deathmetal you cannot afford to miss this one !! |
