This is the debut of the Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian hardcore band
Selfmindead.
Musically this is old-school hardcore comparable to the hardcore pioneers
Refused.
The album is quite full steam from the first track and it's packed with
energy
and attitude. The songs are good but while listening through the album you
find
them quite predictable and a bit more of change and 'surprise-factor' would
be
good. Anyway, the production is flawless, the lyrics are great and this is a product that really appeals to you. If you're into old-school HC this CD is definately a good buy! |
