Where can I
get the CD?

Michael Sweet - S/T

Man, this is one hard crunching piece of rock art! This is Michael Sweet, of Stryper, first solo album, and I can assure you, there is not many solo albums that is this good!
Michael has one of metal's finest pipes out there, when he's in the right mood he can deliever like few others are able to.
No, it's not the hardest album out there but Michael has successfully combined his musically skills with some excellent lyrics. And when has the following equation failed:
(Fantastic singer)+(Great music skills) +(Excellent lyrics)= [x] Album

where x an attribute telling what kind of album we have (i.e. good, bad, ugly, awful...you get the point)
I want to solve this equation this way:
(Fantastic singer)+(Great music skills) +(Excellent lyrics)= an awesome Album.
Actually this disc blew me away since I first listened to it, actually I like some of its parts better than stuff that is found at the Stryper discs (and that does tell something!).

Musically we could call it melodic hard rock, with influences from the 80's (of course). The lyrics are, as I said, awesome. Not many bands that can compose such quality ones.

I feel though I must give you a small warning; the album is constantly trying to hit your heart with different types of ballades. So, if you hate those things(unlike me) you should avoid this album. But for the rest of you, go and collect this gem, it is worth every penny you'll invest in it!!
