Wow, sometimes I feel that even I have some luck... I once ran in to a shop and discovered this CD, it has to be one of my luckiest days, because this is THE CD! Still today I rank this CD at number ONE in my collection. Believe it or not but they have managed to imoprove from their previous record "Carved in Stone". This is a concept album about a man, about his struggelings in his life. You won't find any greater musicians than the ones that Shadow Gallery... or perhaps you will but it WON'T be easy!!! This CD does NOT contain any good songs, only superb ones. Here are my favorite tracks: "War for Sale" , "Out of Nowhere", "Mystery", "Hope for us", "Victims", "I Believe", "Roads of Thunder", "New world Order" , "Ghost of a chance" and "Christmas day" have you got a CD where 10/12 songs are your favorites??? I have had this CD for a VERY long time now and still it's the superiour one in my shelf. Guess if I am waiting for the next release... Please hurry up Shadow Gallery!!! (Comments added when chosen as a legendary album:) This is one of the best releases of the 90's and with its cleaver song arrangements and wonderful melodies, it surely deserves a spot in your metal collection. |
